|The goal of our ATO is to train the next generation of high-level professional pilots.
Through the ATO IT.087 Cognitive Aviation Training, Cogtech collects the EXPERIENCES of instructors, pilots and experts in the aviation field to provide training courses that integrate the most sophisticated flight simulation technologies with the most recent methodological innovations.
|Our focus is on the Behavioral Skill Training area and we use cutting-edge tools and technology.|
|Our courses make use of original IT systems and are based on the Competency Based Training methodology, acting on the theoretical knowledge, technical-operational skills and aptitude skills of the participants. The courses are delivered I English by e-learning systems and videoconferences.|
Flight Safety is one of the main objectives of the Cognitive Aviation Training ATO activities, as training plays a key role in developing a structurally safe behavior of flight crews. Cognitive Aviation Training develops the concepts related to Safety through a set of courses, from basic to professional, both at an initial and recurring training level. In order to allow continuous improvement of our flight school, we have put in place a Safety Management System. This allows us to reduce risks and increase the efficiency of the proposed training. All the staff is committed to developing, maintaining and improving strategies and procedures aimed at carrying out all Cogtech activities with the lowest possible level of risk (Alarp).
We record and evaluate all safety-related events and promote the culture of safety through specific courses, publications, meetings and conferences

The goal of our APR Cognitive Aviation Training Center – ENAC.CA.APR.053 is to train the future generation of professional DRONE pilots and instructors.
Cogtech brings to the world of drones the experience acquired over decades of activity in the Aerospace industry, both in the civil and military fields. In developing the training courses, the Instructors are supported by the most sophisticated flight simulation technologies and by the most recent methodological innovations.
Our courses make use of original IT systems and are based on the Competency Based Training methodology, acting on the theoretical knowledge, technical-operational skills and aptitude skills of the participants. The courses are conveyed by e-learning systems, simulation of scenarios and frontal training.
