FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR RATING FI-APR

The FI-APR Flight Instructor course allows you to acquire the necessary qualification to impart Flight Instruction in professional training courses for drone pilots recognized by ENAC. Access to the Flight Instructor course - FI APR is subject to a preliminary evaluation exam by the APR Cognitive Aviation Training Center. The FI-APR course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part, specific to the Education on APR, lasts 18 hours, and will be conducted with classroom lessons. At the conclusion of the theoretical part, the candidate will sit an exam relating to the subjects of the course. After passing the theoretical TEST, you enter the practical part. The practical course includes a minimum of 18 missions of at least 10 minutes each and a final SKILL TEST with ENAC Flight Examiner

PREREQUISITES
Possession of the valid APR CRITICAL OPERATIONS VLOS Pilot Certificate.
Experience of at least 16 hours and 100 missions as drone flight manager Preliminary admission assessment, consisting of psycho-aptitude tests and theoretical-practical test

USERS Drone pilots in possession of the APR Pilot Certificate for CRITICAL OPERATIONS

THEORETICAL TRAINING 18* total hours: classroom training + exercise on the simulator. *Candidate with no previous Education experience

PRACTICAL TRAINING 3 hours of practice - 18 flight missions (minimum flight activity)

DURATION

Theoretical course: 3 days lessons (Including theoretical exam)

Practical Course: 2 days (Including ENAC practical exam)

CERTIFICATIONS
The FI-APR course includes a theoretical-practical exam. Upon passing the exam, the student obtains the release of the ENAC qualification of APR Flight Instructor, FI-APR VLOS.
