QUALIFICATION/MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL OFFICER – QTO/MTO

The course is specifically tailored to train technical officers to be able to manage the initial and recurrent qualification of an EASA qualified FSTD, and its scheduled and corrective maintenance. The qualification officer should be able to maintain the FSTD in adherence with the EASA qualification standards through a Configuration Control System, whereas the maintenance duties are:

  • practical, with proved skills to execute maintenance tasks
  • managerial, with the ability to plan and record maintenance and update the tools, storage and services required for the continued validity of the FSTD EASA qualification.

REQUIREMENTS
Be at least 16 years of age
Be In possession of a Secondary school Certificate
Performance Profile
English Proficiency (ICAO Level 4 required by the end of the course)

THEORETICAL COURSE
30 hours

PRACTICAL COURSE
27 hours

DURATION
45 days. A further three months period could be assigned as a stage towards Cogtech’s partners.
